Jan 28, 2018 · Inorder to use Yakima’s towers the Kingclima Transit needs some type of rack rail system. You could choose Yakima rails, but that means drilling holes in the roof. Kingclima does not recommend that anything is added to the roof if it not attached with the provided M8 mounting holes and the weight is only applied to the area immediately around the hole.

Still not sure how they would attach an awning. We bought a New Fiamma F65S, it's the kind that sits sorta oblong up on top of roof, not the side-flush mount F45.
