I got Van's Concial mount and had the aircraft engine mounting pads cut off and a motor mount welded to the nose gear and firewall pads. I had the face of the prop flange off set 5/8" to the left to counter the opposite rotation of the prop. Others have not put any offset into the mount and apparently it has no major effect.
